Public bug reported:

Menu bar integration in LibreOffice Writer do not work anymore, with a
fresh install of ubuntu 14.04 lts.

Steps to reproduce: 
1. New Writer;
2. Move cursor to the up-left corner. 

Current behaviour:
You can see the menus at step 2, but without close/minimize/maximize icons.

Further steps:
3. Go to ubuntu preference and set "show menu in window title bar", rather than 
in unity menu bar.
4. Retry step 1 and 2.

Current behaviour:
(where have the menus gone?)

Please note that the menu intergraton works ok with Calc.

This is a regression and critical, because window can not be resized in
writer so blocks the productivity.
