Tested with the TDF build, Version: 4.2.3.3 Build ID:
882f8a0a489bc99a9e60c7905a60226254cb6ff0
In Writer, there is still no close/minimize/maxmize icon.
Even worse, in this TDF build the libreoffice menus do not intergrate
with unity at all.

Tested with TDF build 4.2.4.1, the close/maxmize/minimiaze icons
appears! in writer!
However, menus are still not integrated.

You just need to press Alt and drag the window a little down. The issue
here is that Unity places LibreOffice's window title bar behind the
panel (bug report 1303462).
