In console used to start Firefox, I see some messages related to Ubuntu-
specific features:
(firefox:9946): LIBDBUSMENU-GTK-CRITICAL **:
dbusmenu_menuitem_property_set_shortcut: assertion
'gtk_accelerator_valid(key, modifier)' failed
and:
TypeError: external.getUnityObject is not a function
They key here seems to be locale.
When started with default English locale, by setting LANG=C in
environment, the bug does not occur and CTRL+D works for bookmarking.
However, with Norwegian locale (LANG=nb_NO.UTF-8), it does not work and
CTRL+R is marked in menu as shortcut for bookmarking.
