I am still seeing this bug running gnome-terminal 3.14.2-0ubuntu3.

I don't want to be rude.
By 'not caring' I mean they will not step forward until a complete report is
available here. Exactly because it might be distro specific.

Rest assured, it's not that we don't care, it's that we couldn't
reproduce on our systems and have absolutely no clue what could be the
problem. Chances are it's some problem with some other component of
