@Robie Basak - yes. Sounds like the same thing. This was not fixed by
the 15.04 OTA. As I've only one phone I ended up flashing BQ's Android
image to my Aquaris E4.5 (Ubuntu Edition) now so cannot test furth

Phone doesn't use WiFi DNS when also connected to cell

Thanks replying and apologies for the delay - busy week! Finally found
some time to dig out the log (learning a thing or two about adb on the
way which has been good). I whittled it down to what I hope are the
important parts - shows connecting to Vodafone then BT WiFi. Looks like
both nameservers
Could you attach /var/log/syslog from the phone when it's connected to
both wifi and 3G? We should be able to know from there whether it
includes all the nameservers it should.
>From there, it's up to whichever responds faster among all the
nameservers, which will be used.
