compiz currently has a build-dep on gnome-control-center-dev, however
that is going to be demoted to universe for bug 1466290.
There is a Cmake snippet that uses pkg-config to find the keybindings
dir, however the resulting variables are unused, and the installation
and paths of keybindings is actually hardcoded in compiz-gnome module.
