Status in xorg package in Ubuntu:
Neil Widdowson, given this works in Unity, and Cinnamon, but not in Mate
and KDE, I'm suspecting a compositing issue of the window manager,
versus kernel or graphics driver issue. I'll change packages for now for
a review of this.
