This provides a basic Link() API on DrawTarget, intended to generate a link
for a single rectangular area (which will be the rect of a frame corresponding
to a link element)
This bug makes Firefox less attractive to business. Not that I care, but
maybe the Firefox team does?
Also it forces me to start Chrome again and again, and it's the only
reason I ever have for starting Chrome.
