Chromium is completely impossible to work with, even during a session
when the mouse problem has not appeared (yet). Chromium keeps zooming in
and out way before the mouse gets stuck in the corner.
I am now wondering if this issue can be addressed here...

Adding to forensics analysis:
* I thought it had to do with Viber Desktop I was using (when you get the
problem, even if the mouse goes back to normal, Viber becomes unusable until
you restart - you get random characters).
* pdfViewer also becomes unusable no matter if the mouse has returned to
15 matches
