No, Len, this is not a support forum, it's a bug report, and the issue
which resulted in this report (i.e. the failure to install a couple of
hyphen-* packages) is already fixed in later ISO versions.

I see you used an ISO from March 7. This won't happen with a fresh daily
build ISO.
To fix it, run these commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

The commands I suggested are harmless, and would update your 16.04 with
the latest versions of all packages.
OTOH, the development version is not intended for daily use, and yes, it

I can send screenshots of some warnings in the terminal, and I had to
take a camera photo of the attempted boot after the process finished.
