Public bug reported: Ubuntu 16.04, evolution-3.18.5.2-0ubuntu3.
Open an email with an attachment, and click on the button to save the attachment. A file chooser dialog appears. The bug is that it is not possible to select the recently used documents. Note that other gtk-3 file dialogs show the recently used documents even in save dialogs. Evolution-3.18 seemed to have disabled this feature although it is super-practical when you want to save many files (e.g. email attachments) to the same directory. Earlier versions of evolution supported this. ** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1629355 Title: Bad user experience: Missing "recent documents" in save dialogs Status in evolution package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Ubuntu 16.04, evolution-3.18.5.2-0ubuntu3.
