Public bug reported:

When building project with llvm-libs using cmake, cmake is complaining about 
incorrect library path. It looks like installation path is incorrectly setup. 
Also, 3.7 doesn't have any problem.
DISCLAIMER: I'm using ubuntu docker, don't know if that changes anything.

Error:

all the path and symlink in the files are fixed:

To reproduce the error
1. unarchive
2. cd
3. mkdir build
4. cd build
5. cmake ..

** Affects: llvm-toolchain-3.8 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
