I am also having this issue. I disabled all add-ons, refreshed Firefox
(version 54.0, 32 bit), cleared the Netflix cookie, cleared my cached
content and offline web content/user data, restarted Firefox, and am
still getting the same error.

Error Code: F7363-1260 trying to use Netflix on Firefox

I had tried https://help.netflix.com/en/node/57681 first before
confirming the bug, but it had not worked.
Today, I went back, and without making any changes, NetFlix works fine.
Looks like they made a change on their end to correct whatever was going
wrong, perhaps added an accepted User Agent.
It did work. Thank You Alberto :)
