Why is this bug marked as invalid?
I believe I am also affected by this bug. I have the same model of Dell
(Precision 3510) with a Realtek ALC3235. Audio worked correctly with
Ubuntu 14.04 which was pre-installed by Dell. After upgrading to 16.04
I have the issue. When I look in sound settings
And, now, no more sound. The sound lasted just long enough for one re-
start. Bug should remain open.
