When pushing "Apply" to rearrange the displays the following appears in
syslog.
`Sep 5 11:39:43 myubuntu gnome-control-c[2912]: Error applying
configuration: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod:
Method ApplyConfiguration is not implemented on interface
org.gnome.Mutter.DisplayCon
This issue is probably a duplicate of

I'm experiencing this on my laptop and hooked up to an HP 22cwa 1080p
monitor. In settings>displays selecting an option is alright but its
like the buttons are dead and the logic behind the gui isn't doing what
its supposed to. Tried reinstalling gnome-control-center and nothing.
