You have been subscribed to a public bug: I have Telegram portable binary in $HOME/Telegram, I can run it, but can't add it to favorites, there is just no such option when I right- click on app icon in the sidebar. It was possible with Unity in Ubuntu 17.04 and below. ProblemType: Bug
