Ok, I've bumped the breaks/replaces, but didn't push to Debian yet
because I split off wayland-egl-backend.* to a separate package as
requested by upstream (this is only needed by mesa, not meant for app
devs). It'll get reviewed soon and released.
ppa:canonical-x/x-staging now has everything sett
I have the packages in ppa:canonical-x/x-staging, but wayland should
bump it's breaks/replaces against the mesa packages to fix file
conflicts (because we didn't pull in this change yet). libwayland-dev
might also need to be split to have egl frontend/backend headers in
separate packages, I'll look
Ok, this is a big change but I'd also prefer this happening before the
release instead of afterwards. Please perform some upgrade-testing on
the packages built in a PPA and if things look good, we can approve this
FFe.

I haven't done such testing yet but will do after easter. This is all
staged in Debian experimental for now. As for the other new stuff, I'll
just add the release notes from the first beta:

What additional changes will have to be pulled in with 1.15rc in
comparison to the 1.14 we have in the archives? Any other features in
that version that need to be considered while reviewing this FFe?
