This will helps people that keep lots of files on the external hard
drive (for example). If I understand correctly, this interface should
let me browse files in an external hard drive for upload. Currently,
when I try to browse a file from an external hard drive, it'll say
"permission denied".

Even this interface isn't auto-connected, a person that needs it should
be able to grant it.
