Public bug reported: This will helps people that keep lots of files on the external hard drive (for example). If I understand correctly, this interface should let me browse files in an external hard drive for upload. Currently, when I try to browse a file from an external hard drive, it'll say "permission denied".
Even this interface isn't auto-connected, a person that needs it should be able to grant it. $ snap list Name Version Rev Tracking Developer Notes chromium 65.0.3325.181 277 stable canonical - core 16-2.32.5 4486 stable canonical core spotify 1.0.77.338.g758ebd78-41 13 stable spotify - $ snap interfaces chromium Slot Plug :browser-support chromium:browser-sandbox,spotify :camera chromium :cups-control chromium :desktop chromium, spotify :gsettings chromium, spotify :home chromium, spotify :mount-observe chromium :network chromium, spotify :network-manager chromium :opengl chromium, spotify :password-manager-service chromium :pulseaudio chromium, spotify :screen-inhibit-control chromium :unity7 chromium, spotify :upower-observe chromium :x11 chromium, spotify $ lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available.
