Public bug reported: The hotkeys for Volume Up, Volume Down and Mute does not work on my Dell Latitude E6400 running Ubuntu Budgie 18.04 LTS (Gnome version 3.28.1). They worked fine in Ubuntu 17.10 that I was running before, but haven't worked since I installed Budgie.
If I go into keyboard settings and configure keyboard shortcuts they are detected when pressed, and register as "Audio raise volume", "Audio lower volume" and "Audio mute", but even though correctly configured as keyboard shortcuts they don't seem to work when pressed. I have updated both the OS and all of the applications to the newest available versions, but the problem persists.
