Thanks for filing! I'm going to close this since this uses a proprietary
API and our intention is to support open standards in Thunderbird.
Hopefully Thunderbird will support chat protocols via extensions again
in the future (I think this is currently blocked by bug 1227973).

My quick summary of how this works is:
1. You install something on your PC and log into your Microsoft account.
2. You install an app on your Android phone.
3. You can view and send text messages (and photos) from your computer
