You have been subscribed to a public bug: First in the upgrade I had a notification like the install-info were not installed correctly. After, at the end after the next part of the installation, they say that the upgrade has not been completed and that a restauration will be made. Then a new page was opened to say that the upgrade was made successfully. After this, everything was closed but the part of the cleaning and restarting was not made so I restarted my computer and I was on ubuntu 19.04 but a new notification said me that I had software bug so I send the report.
