I attach the requested screenshots. I performed a search for the word
"dictation". I have no file that contains "dictation" in the name file.
The first screenshot shows the results from a full text search. Everything is
as it should be

- brings the same results as in full text search. The only difference is
- that, in the file name mode, no text is shown beside the file name.
