Public bug reported: I have a double monitor setup, my laptop has a built-in 4k screen and my external is 1080p. When I use the mouse on the external screen the arrow indicator has no problem but when I go on the built-in monitor the arrow indicator will blink (disappear and reappear) every time there is some kind of refresh on either screen (e.g. I type something or something is displaying text in the terminal).
