OK, thanks. It looks like the problem is in gnome-shell:

Problem still occurs with Extensions disabled.

then log out and log in again and tell us if the problem still occurs.
If it does then please reproduce the problem again, and again run:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
