Public bug reported:

At the time I'm on arranging my Atari ST disk images for my Gotek USB-
Stick Floppy Emulator. I downloaded the zipped images from a specific
homepage. Many were be unzipped correctly but some not. I'm use here the
»Extract here« command in Nautilus.

So... When I unzip the archives there will be created a folder with the
name of the zip file itself (I wish I could also unzip without that like
in 7-Zip etc.) and the zipped file in the zip archive will be placed in
this folder. But there are some zips it's not like above. On this zips
it will be created with the name of the zipped file (file in the zip
archive) and the folder itself is empty.

For example:

Zip file »bubble_bobble.zip« contains »Bubble Bobble.STX« so it will be
created a folder named »Bubble Bobble« with the »Bubble Bobble.STX« file
placed in it. That's correct!

Zip file »chuckie_egg.zip« contains »chuckie_egg.STX« and File-Roller
creates a folder named »chuckie_egg.STX« with no placed file in it. It's
like File-Roller ignores the base folder creation and tries to extract
the file as I basically want. So I have open every single failed zip
file in File-Roller and have to unzip it manually by click on »Extract«.
THEN FR unzipps it correctly. I also tried a newer version from Flathub
(3.38.0) but it's the same issue here.

Because I miss the function on »Extract here« to choose between "Naked"
(without folder) and with creating a folder named like the zip file
itself.

I hope you understand what I mean?! ;)

I attached you the zip for more diagnostics by your side.
