If the problem is not bug 1965563 then please check for crashes by following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Responses#Missing_a_crash_report_or_having_a_.crash_attachment If the problem is not a crash but a hang then please turn it into a crash report by sending the process a fatal signal like
