Public bug reported:

Whenever I try to connect my Headphone through 3.5mm jack pin then my
system sound is not working. I tried with multiple sides and tested
sound. But sound is not coming.

Steps to reproduce : Start the machine. Then just plugin 3.5mm jack
headphone to laptop. Then play any video and song. Sound is not coming
through headphone.

Steps which I tried at my end are :
1). Tried by removing the headphone to just check system sound- Then sound is
working fine but when i connect to headphone then no sound.
2). I tried by chenging sound settings: connected the headphone again, then go
to settings, then Sound Settings, then click on Inpput tab, then just selected
option "Headphone Microphone - sof-hda-dsp", then headphone sound works. But
this 2nd step I always need to do to make my headphone working on laptop.

My expectation here is : My headphone should work whenever i connect it
to my laptop. Also my headphone should work without doing 2nd step
mentioned above.

Waiting for your valuable and quick response. As this is very important
feature for me to join important calls immediately without wasting time
to do manual setup of sound settings every time.
