Sorry for the delay, as indicated in #2 the security ppa has an update
for the current version ready, getting it verified and rolled out has
been taking longer than wanted due to external factors but we are
working on resolving those situations in the futur

22.04) seems still to be 102.2.2

only kinetic seems to have the 102.3.3 version.

I don't think it's a problem any more. If you do a system update, you'll
get Thunderbird 102.3.3, and you can then re-activate tbSync again.

The update is built in https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-
security/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/, and will soon find its way to bionic-
updates. If you can't wait until that happens, try installing the update
from the PPA (I'd suggest disabling the PPA afterwards).
