I am using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS
Nautilus 1:42.2-0ubuntu1

What I did: I click on a file, in this case an html file on my desktop
and hold the left mouse button down. I drag the file on top of one of
the docked apps Firefox for example. What I expected to happen: In any
other non-Linux operating system I would expect that file to be opened
by the application the file was dropped onto. What happened: In Ubuntu
with Nautilus the file doesn't open with the docked application I
dropped the file onto. What happened instead: Nothing
