Trying to debug on my own I find:
I used out of the box remmina 1.4.25 => 100% KO
Installed snap version 1.4.30 => 67% KO: only works when server session is
opened AND unlocked!
Workaround : in gnome-control-center (Settings) disable auto lock screen
AND lock on resume (or auto-sleep as a whole
