Title:
Please sync duplicity 1.2.2-2 from Debian

Status in duplicity package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Duplicity 1.2.2-1 did not build from source due to new setuptools,
  thus 1.2.2-1ubuntu1 was uploaded.

1.2.2-2 no longer has that problem and closes the corresponding bug
  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1052878, so we can
  synchronize with Debian now.

  I attach the build log.
