Thanks for the bug report. Does the problem only occur after changing
display settings? Does it resolve itself after a reboot?

I will retest this once i have access to the problematic computer (it is
a work desktop)
The problems appears all the time, only thing that displays it within
screen bounds is changing resolution to 1080p.
Reboot does not fix the issue, it is present in login screen as well.
