  Makes the briht applet remember the bright saturation

Status in gnome-power-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Bright applet is very ussefull I spend about 18h dayly in front of the 
computer so I use to put the bright down. But there is a problem it doesn't 
remember properly the bright saturation that I want. So everyday several times 
a day I have to do the same job just to fit the briht
