Bug description:
The package Build-Depends should depend upon libsoup-gnome2.4-dev
(which is not the case).
If it only depens on libsoup2.4-dev, Gnome system proxy setup will
not be taken used (if any).
The consequence is that application like rythmbox and other will not
use the Gnome proxy setup and will fails loading files.
