Is this still an issue that is relevant and present in Ubuntu?

Title:
  problems with seahorse in karmic

Status in seahorse:
  Expired
Status in seahorse package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I tested seahorse in karmic, it seems that once you create a GnuPG
  key, it does not show up immediately. I need to quit seahorse and
  start it up again to see the new key.

  Quick question:
  Content of ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf in karmic is the following:
  ==
  # FILE CREATED BY SEAHORSE

  use-agent
  ==

  1) where are the keys actually stored now?
  2) what dir do I need to back up to have my GPG key kept safe offline?

  seahorse 2.27.90-0ubuntu1

  Description:    Ubuntu karmic (development branch)
