Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

  I unchecked "Enable menu access keys" in Keyboard Shortcuts
  preferences, but it still intercepts some keypresses, like F1, F11,
  etc. I want to use these keys, for example, in Midnight Commander, but
  terminal won't allow me.
