Suggestion: first send changes made in Evolution (since last connection with GCal) to GCal, then download complete GCalendar anew, then update all appointments in Evolution include options in case of appointment deletion in GCal compared to present Evolution database (check 1 by 1 / Yes to all deletions) in order to avoid this bug.
