The patch comes from upstream CVS, some #bugs users have tested the patch and it works fine for them. I've tried it on an edgy installation and it fixes the bug for it too. The patch works fine on feisty too where gnome-vfs2 has been updated (new version has that change) for some weeks now The bug has already 11 duplicates and would be nice to fix, especially than some people using Ubuntu in corporate environment have expressed that they need a working smb browsing and that this bug is a blocker to use edgy for them To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/nautilus/+bug/60277/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
