Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

  With Libreoffice (Or openoffice), you can fix bars with functions on
  the edge of the screen. If you use it with Unity, this is impossible,
  because the bar is" maximised "to be on the half of the screen. You
  can't have verticals bars with Libreoffice and Unity
