Firefox and Ubuntu over a year ago, but definitely not in Lucid and

I am having a similar issue. I can't reproduce it using Alex's steps;
it seems to happen pretty much at random (though CTRL+ALT+ARROW seems to

After some testing I found out how to reproduce this annoying bug.
1. Open up an application in full screen. (eg nautilus)
2. Change workspace. (Using CTRL + ALT + ARROW)
