Several launcher icons go missing when either High contrast inverse
theme is selected

Bug description:
Both the "High contrast inverse" and "High contrast inverse large"
themes in the Appearance window cause several icons in the Unity
launcher to go missing, although they can still be moused over.
Switching back to Ambiance or Radiance fixes the issue until one of
the former themes is selected again.
