It appears that this was not an issue with Firefox but Unity. If you are
still experiencing an issue with this then please open a new report with
Unity as the affected application.

Bug description:
When I minimize
So I need to edit this bug. On further review, it appears that the
problem is simply that Unity Launcher ignores how many open
windows/instances I have of Firefox. Alt+Tab reveals that all of my Tabs
are indeed intact. The problem is that there is no way to reveal them
from Unity Launcher.
