These strings have been in GTK upstream for years. It seems there must
be something wrong with the way they are being imported.

We import these strings periodically from GTK+ into ubiquity.
Apparently nobody has translated them in GTK+ yet, or at least not in
such a way that they made it into the gtk+3.0 package. If you get those
translations sent to GTK+ upstream, that's the quickest way to fix this.
