Public bug reported: (I am running latest Oneiric as of 15 October 2011.) I have two WiFi networks. If I am connected to one and connect to the other without disconnecting first, it takes ~30 seconds to connect. If I disconnect from the one before connecting to the other, connection is almost instantaneous. Connection without first disconnecting should also be instantaneous.
