Public bug reported: When copying files from an SD Card to multiple directories the copy progress dialog wasn't visible. Right-clicking on the icon in the launcher showed the appropriate option to show the progress dialog but to no effect.
I started copying files from the SD card in to one directory, then created a new directory, returned to the SD card, selected more files and began copying those into the newly created directory, while the original copy was still ongoing. I used key-strokes to initiate the copy / paste (ctrl-c / v). There were two nautilus windows open - the SD card in one, the other with the two destination directories open in tabs.
