Public bug reported:

When I press CTRL + SHIFT + E, panaroma mode opens itself in firefox.

If I type a character to choose a tab by keyboard, everthing seems ok
except grabbing turkish characters at first.

If I press a character like 'S' or 'U' it works, but a character like
'Ö' or 'Ç' does not work.

However if I do such a thing like 'Sö' or 'Oç' it works, or if I press
the search button and type a turkish character, it works as well.
