Steps:
1. download the lastest Virtual Box debian, currently:
http://dlc.sun.com.edgesuite.net/virtualbox/4.1.8/virtualbox-4.1_4.1.8-75467~Ubuntu~oneiric_amd64.deb
2. Aftter the download completes, click on it in nautilus
3. This will open it in software center,
