Title:
Keyboard shortcuts overlay text is small and cramped

Bug description:
When I hold down Super I get a popup image detailing the shortcut
keys. There are a few issues with this image which I have filed as
  separate bugs.

My screen is a 23" 1920x1080 and the keyboard shortcuts overlay seems
to be a fixed size so the text feels small and cramped (and as per
another bug - text gets truncated). Would it make sense to have it
automatically resize to some percentage of the screen rather than fix
it at whatever size it is?
