Title:
Scale should show icons by default

Bug description:
The Scale plugin is one of the most used , and I want to point out a
usability issue with it , that can be fixed in 5 minutes : when too
many windows are open (and all are webpages or whatever else similar
windows) they become too small ,and the contents can't be
  distinguished .

The solution : show icons (it's an existant option) in the bottom
right corner of the windows by default . Also showing the titles is
relevant , but there is already a bug submitted for that .
