Title:
  [CA0106 - CA0106, playback] No sound at all

Status in “alsa-driver” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have three sound devices:
  1. Internal HD audio
  2. Creative Soundblaster 5.1 VX
  3. AMD HDMI digital output from graphics card.

  There is no sound output from the Creative card, no matter what I configure...
  The card works in Windows.
  Internal audio is fine.
